Delivery Policy

Within the UAE

In the UAE, we are able to deliver to almost all areas within 1 business days (Sunday – Thursday). If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.

All orders over 300 AED will be eligible for a FREE shipping, except repair and replacement. This includes all orders placed with Cash on Delivery.

International Orders

We deliver internationally to most countries. In some countries, you may be required to pay customs duties on items. This cost is not included in the sale price and should be paid by you on delivery.

We aim to deliver internationally within 7-14 business days (Sunday – Thursday) depending on customs clearance. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.

We strive to provide the most competitive shipping rates and these are automatically calculated upon checkout

Cancellation guidelines

Canceling your order for any personal reason, in that case:
  • If the shipment has been created/processed from the seller:
    Partial shipping fees and Processing fee of 5 AED will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
  • If the shipment has not been created/processed from the seller: Full refund will be deposit in the buyer account
Note : If the shipment left for your country, we cannot cancel your order.
